As all kits are made to order please allow 28 days for delivery.

Prices

VAT is included in the sale price of the goods.

All prices are correct at the time of going to press but the company reserve the right to change prices.

Faults & Returns

Cottage Needlecrafts will use their discretion when drawing up your designs to ensure the best possible finished effect. However if you are not entirely happy with your design or in the unlikely event of a fault in the kit, please return within 21 days and we will replace or refund the cost and postage.

If you wish to cancel your order this must be confirmed in writing by post, fax or e-mail to the company before goods are dispatched.

Privacy

Cottage Needlecrafts are totally committed to protecting your privacy. Your details will be kept safe and we will not divulge any information regarding our customers in any third party. Only information regarding your order will be kept on file.

When you submit your order you can pay via our Secure Server or if you are not happy with sending your credit card details on the Internet you can print off the order form and send it with a cheque or postal order.

Import Duty

Unfortunately, Cottage Needlecrafts are unable to accept liability for any importation charges levied by local customs.
